In addition to our internal LLMs, GroundX.AI collaborates with other LLM providers such as Microsoft, OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and others to score search results and provide natural language responses to user queries. This involves passing small blocks of user data to the LLM provider. However, we maintain a strict contract with LLM providers stating that they will not use your data for training their models nor store your data for any duration beyond what is necessary to comply with their legal obligations.
LLM legal obligations include the checking of data for certain crimes, such as child pornography and terrorism. After they have complied with these obligations, your data is deleted. This ensures your privacy while fulfilling our commitment to uphold the law and maintain a safe and ethical service environment.
